Student Serve Day, October 1
On Saturday, October 1, Cavett students and families will have the opportunity to participate in the Lincoln Public Schools Student Serve Day. Student Serve Day is a chance for students within LPS to volunteer to serve the Lincoln community and our schools. Cavett students and their families will have the opportunity to volunteer to help with projects around the outside of our school.
Beginning on Wednesday, September 14, you can register to be a part of this fantastic event. Once you have registered, you will have the opportunity to sign up to for a number of projects scheduled on Saturday, October 1 from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. Sign-up for the project you would like to volunteer for at Cavett. Volunteer shifts will last for one hour. We encourage your child to take part in this great opportunity to serve their school community. We want this to be a safe and enjoyable event for all so we ask that one adult sign up to accompany the student(s) from your family.
